The income tax is not Constitutional. Evidence strongly suggests that the 16th Amendment, which establishes the income tax, was not approved properly as required by the Constitution and was fraudulently ratified.

Actually the the “income tax” could be very well “Constitutional” but not administered “Constitutionally”. That is a big difference. Legal thieves know this and that is why they don’t usually lose legal (color of law) arguments.

Isn’t a lot easier to say, “How can there be a law that allows for, or forces people to fund, legalized plunder?”

most of the taxes are unconstitutional. illinois just passed a use tax on all online businesses and that is really unconstitutional. It puts illinois online businesses at a disadvantage because we can’t compete with other states who don’t impose this tax on consumers. So they are just pushing more business out of illinois.
