Google and read….

A Letter to Armen Condo.

Armen Condo ran the largest tax protest group in American history. 30,000 members at its peak.

The Constitution has nothing to do with it !!!

warisbs

true but fire can also be good.

warisbs March 19, 2009 at 6:29 am

How true it is in that statement.

warisbs March 20, 2009 at 6:03 am

As George Washington said: Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force! like fire, it is a danerous servant and a fearful master.”

ifreemantoo March 20, 2009 at 4:18 pm

The Federal along with the Constitution was setup to be a sort of watchdog or guard dog but not a national government.

If this true (and there is evidence to support that) then by too many sheeple calling it a nation or national government seems to give a jurisdiction and authority to a mean guard dog.

In the origins of individual/direct taxes the fed could only approach the state and not the individual for direct tax revenues. In the beginning the fed was subservient to the state & people.

ifreemantoo March 21, 2009 at 11:04 am

All of us have been dumbed down to some degree. So much of it is very subtle. When we swallow the subtle lie as truth eventually we deep throat big lies as if truth.

Example: it seems as though this form of government was not national but instead and alliance of individual states as individual nations (nation is not a very good word to use, but I can’t think of another at this time) with the federal government as a kind of United Nations for the states.

warisbs March 22, 2009 at 2:34 pm

Well all I have to say is how dumb the people are and how they are sheeps following the *** in front of them and they think they are doing the right thing because the *** infront is doing the same and so on and so on.
This system as it is now will destroy our nation as it is by the way it is finally catching up to it’s self.

ifreemantoo March 23, 2009 at 2:16 am

I know we both plainly see it as legal stealing and that’s all it is. I don’t argue theories any more. I just call it what it is and leave the legal thieves with much frustration.

Faith in the Constitution? Andrew Napolitano in Constutional Chaos wrote this:

‘Because it breaks the law, the government is not your friend…after witnessing first-hand how the criminal justice system works to subvert and shred the Constitution. You think you have rights that are guaranteed? Well think again.’

ifreemantoo March 25, 2009 at 4:03 pm

When you speak of such theories to people who have no clue and in front of expert legal thieves, these legal thieves will make you look stupid and further confuse & scare the already compliant sheeple to stay in the system. I’ve seen this go on for 9 years now.

I do say, “How can there be a law that allows for, or forces people to fund, legalized plunder? Could that be why informed people can’t seem to find a law requiring the payment of legal plunder?”

Don’t I speak as if I own the law?

ifreemantoo March 26, 2009 at 10:45 am

Now let’s just say that we agree with the theory about the 16th Amendment and the income tax as you stated. So what. What you, I and the less-than-1% believe doesn’t matter.

Why?

Because there is the other political organization of about 99% called “We the Sheeple”. They are either too busy, too brain washed, too dependent on the legal plunder and have no clue that what they call freedom is really voluntary slavery; their freedom are granted privileges.

More to come.

Here’s sort of what’s goin on. Your playing in a chess tournament by the rules you were given and understand. Your opponent is playing like its checkers and captures multiple pieces on the diagonal. You keep pointing to your rule book that explains how to play chess in your complaint, but you missed the fine print that says only the rules of checkers apply. You lose.

Legalism is a dangerous creature which few understand. You could read word for word & correctly interpret & still be 100% wrong.

ifreemantoo March 29, 2009 at 12:28 am

I’m quite familiar with the legally failed arguments that well intentioned patriots refer to.

In my copy of the IRC it seems that this code was meant for privileged Fed Employees as is indicated in either the lien or levy penalties as to whom the penalties apply. If this is so and exclusive to federal employees & not We The People, why would their be a need to even ratify such an Income Tax that doesn’t apply to We The People?

Could it be you’re playing chess with the rules of checkers?

I’m familiar with WTP and I met Bob, I have personal emails from Tom Cryer and spoken with him and Larry BeCraft on their internet radio show, I kept a voice message on my phone from Art Farnsworth the day before he went to trial (I think the day before), I twice spoke with Irwin Schiff, I’ve kept the email exchange I had with Hendrickson regarding his theories (I think he may end up in jail too. I hope not).

most of the taxes are unconstitutional. illinois just passed a use tax on all online businesses and that is really unconstitutional. It puts illinois online businesses at a disadvantage because we can’t compete with other states who don’t impose this tax on consumers. So they are just pushing more business out of illinois.

Shortwave8300 April 2, 2009 at 8:51 pm

As it is written on the page I referred to, the income tax is not Constitutional.

ifreemantoo2 April 5, 2009 at 4:32 pm

Actually the the “income tax” could be very well “Constitutional” but not administered “Constitutionally”. That is a big difference. Legal thieves know this and that is why they don’t usually lose legal (color of law) arguments.

Isn’t a lot easier to say, “How can there be a law that allows for, or forces people to fund, legalized plunder?”

johnkerry7 April 7, 2009 at 4:56 pm

get over it,. if he was that popular then he would have won A state during the primaries.

ifreemantoo April 8, 2009 at 8:32 am

So if the 16th Amendment allowed legal stealing supported by USSC opinion, what would make people subject to legalized stealing?

Yick Wo v Hopkins 118 US 356
Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts. And the law is the definition and limitation of power.

Shortwave8300 April 10, 2009 at 4:56 pm

The income tax is not Constitutional. Evidence strongly suggests that the 16th Amendment, which establishes the income tax, was not approved properly as required by the Constitution and was fraudulently ratified.

Do a search on ‘Is the income tax legal? ‘ and click the We The People site about it. It is the 2nd link.
