The word “you” does not exist in the Internal Revenue Code. The word “your” appears 8 times, all having to do with tobacco.
the word “you” appears in the 1040 instruction book no less than 1152 times and the words “you” and “your” totaled together appear 2926 times! This is called mind conditioning without effecting the constitutionality of the tax code which is totally constitutional because the tax imposed in title 26 USC subtitle A income tax is a tax on foreign commerce.
The courts enforce the law, they do no make the laws, it matter not how many judges the IRS threatened with audits to justify their unlawful civil prosecutions. The IRS, is the only institution in the US that can prosecute you in a civil case and send you to debtors prison. The fact is there is no law, there will never be a law, it’s all a lie, it’s all a scam, it’s a lone shark operation in cahoots with the FED.
They do not have to show you the law. It is not written down explicitly. Tax fighters need to start understanding how the system has ensnared them. It was through a voluntary pledge for a benefit. Once you accept any kind of benefit from a governmental body you are subject to a contract. This is not a violation of the constitution because Art 1 Sec10 of the Constitution protects the “right to contract”.Benefits of contract supercede the Constitution. The law is implied not express.
King: I agree our Federal Tax is doing nothing but hurting all of us. It needs so restructured, really wonder if it will ever really be done right. Most all of the taxes you speak of are state taxes, I think. Nevertheless, you are right, it does not make any sense.
We do pay taxes, on every single thing that we spend our money on… cable, cell phone, home phone, food, cars, insurance, utilities, etc… Put it like this and tell me if this makes sense. I want you to pay me so that I can pay you to pay me. That is exactly what income tax is, and it doesn’t make sense to have it.
Funny, Obama’s cabinet doesn’t even pay their taxes (until they are given SAID cabinet position, then they have no problem forking over the money). THE SAME GUY WHO WILL ENFORCE TAX LAWS AGAINST US DIDN’t PAY HIS TAXES FOR 3 YEARS ON MILLIONS OF DOLLARS! Not just Geithner, Daschle as well as MANY OTHERS. It is sad, the same people who don’t pay their taxes are given jobs enforcing tax codes. America is dead.
Thier answer is the courts say so! Courts don’t make law or create any obligations on anyone except those parties subject to that courts ruling.

Taxpayers should gather all documents to report on income. List are in receipt of salary, rental income, deductible expenses for the IR (medical expenses, with hospital and dentist, school of the taxpayer and their dependents) and bank statements.

1.) He didn’t answer the question. 2.) What constitutes a fundamental obligation is an opinion, and even if so, isn’t a legal obligation. 3.) The personal income tax doesn’t go towards paying for any services we expect from government, it goes towards interest on the national debt (ie. it goes to the owners of the Federal Reserve, who are private bankers)… I haven’t paid Federal Income Tax in over 15 years and refuse to do so. **** em.
I sent my views on that to my congressman and both my senators. One congressman and one senator voted against the Automotive bailout, one senator voted for it.
The auto-bailout, like the Wall Street bailout is an unconstitutional bill.
This type of unconstitutional funding are why the IRS and the government wants to levy a tax on private sector earnings.
If there was _only_ constitutional spending, no need for that tax, as agreed by Ron Paul.
TITLE 26 > Subtitle F > CHAPTER 61 > Subchapter A > PART II > Subpart B >
§ 6012. Persons required to make returns of income
(a) General rule
Returns with respect to income taxes under subtitle A shall be made by the following:
(1)
(A) Every individual having for the taxable year gross income which equals or exceeds the exemption amount
Here are the laws that (a) impose an income tax on you, (b) require you to file an income tax return, and (c) require you to pay taxes
Title 26
Sections 1, 61, and 63 impose the tax,
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and
Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.
Every court which has ever considered the issue has unequivocally rejected the argument that wages are not income. United States v. Connor, 898 F.2d 942, 943 (3rd Cir. 1990).
Compensation for labor or services, paid in the form of wages or salary, has been universally held by the courts of this republic to be income, subject to the income tax laws currently applicable. . . . [Taxpayer] seems to have been inspired by various tax protesting groups across the land who postulate weird and illogical theories of tax avoidance all to the detriment of the common weal [sic] and of themselves. United States v. Romero, 640 F.2d 1014, 1016 (9th Cir. 1981).
[... with the bathwater?] This is an old adage. What this essentially means is don’t be in such a hurry to discard the bad that you throw out the good.
I agree eklypse, the US citizens know little about savings. Savings should be taught at a very young age, which it is not.
People do not think when they use their credit cards, it is called “instant gratification”. At a period not so long ago, when credit card abusers tapped out, they file bankruptsy.
I think we need to start phasing out the socialist programs and training our kids to save for items rather then max out their easy to get credit cards.
How much would the economy surge upwards if there were 30% real money per individual to either save, spend or just get out of debt.
Then a Congressman brought out a report that the United states will soon be in $45 trillion in debt if we continue this. That means over $150,000 owed per EVERY person. (babies included)
I raised my voice to my Congressman and my Senators before this ‘bailout’. From a poll right on the government website, 72% of the PEOPLE were against the bailout. Only 12% were for the bailout.
The first vote went against the first bailout. But the second bailout ignored the will of the PEOPLE. Apparently, neither the body of congress nor the body of the Senate are doing the will of those who voted them in.
So, we may need a little more then words to affect change.
continued: I am far from being rich, so I really feel the pinch that taxes take from my income, especially being retired. If it wasn’t for the fact that this nation benefited from that “socialist route” for many years, I might agree with you. Hope you voted, because the representatives we elect to “run” the big machine will be the proof in the pudding, sort to speak. Hopefully they will be able to work together to bring this nation back to what it was not so long ago. Not a easy task.
You know eklypse, this is an imperfect world, with imperfect people running it. I agree, that there are programs not worth funding, but again, do we throw the baby out with the bathwater? We live in a nation that has more to offer than any other place in the world. We are in dire straights now, along with the rest of the world. Again, I agree that this country needs restructuring in the method of collecting taxes.
[Taxes are what run many of the 1000s of programs... ]
That is the socialist route of indoctrination you have grown accustomed to. A huge percent Those 1000s of programs are all unconstitutional and the government has no business in performing them. Not only that but the government performs them poorly and ineptly. Then there is the point that government tells people what to do in areas that, again, they have no business in.

let’s all line up and bow down before the courts! Courts enforce law not make law
